Sleigh2Give is a festive campaign run by a local charity, Play2Give. It aims to provide presents to children in hospitals, low-income families and vulnerable people during the festive season. Launched in 2015, it has grown into a significant initiative, collecting and distributing gifts to support various local organisations and families.
To help support this brilliant initiative, we are re-introducing the ‘Christmas Giving Tree.’ We are asking for occupiers to donate new toys, to help support vulnerable families this Christmas.
Ideas for gifts include:
- Lego/construction toys
- Puzzlebooks
- Felt tip pens / crayons / pencils / arts and crafts
- Play Dough
- Selection boxes – biscuits, sweet treats
- Bubbles
- Dolls/action figures
- Footballs
The above list are ideas that have been provided to us by Sleigh2Give. Other donations are appreciated.
Please ensure donations are unopened and please do not wrap your gift.
The deadline for donations is Monday 14th December, so please ensure all donations have been dropped off before then.
